Could My Watery, Yellow Vaginal Discharge And Irregular Periods Be Related To My Diabetes, Endometriosis, Or Medication?

Hi, I am a 32 year old female, black and I have been having some troubling vaginal discharge. A lot of discharge that flows all at once like water. Mostly twice or thrice in a day. The discharge is waterly, yellow like, no smell no pain , no itchness. I have done several tests and nothing shows. This has been occuring for the whole year. My periods are irregular and even after periods the discharge never stops. In addition, I am TP1 diabetic, so am on Insulin, I am also taking Visanne for my endometriosis and I take several supplements including Glutathione and Collagen.
