Could My Weakness And Left Testicle Pain Be Related To A B12 Deficiency Or An Infection?

Hello doctor , I have had a unprotected sex with a friend on Oct 2022 and I have done a test in nov 12 Dec 2022 which came not reactive also did a test on 12 dec 2022 which came not reactive with 4 generation test I feel weekness I check my b12 level are low around 59 and I feel pain in my left testies check with doc said some infection can u advise ?
