Could Nasal Drip And Congestion In Chest Be The Symptoms Of Flu?

Do I have to pay for this service? If not, I am trying to determine if I have a bad cold or the flu. It has been with me for a complete week now. It started with a bad soar throat tha lasted about 3 days. Then I lost my voice and have not regained. I have nasal drip, congestion,. etc. I feel miserable. I do not have any stomach or digestive issues.
