Could Nausea Along With Pain In Ribs Be Due To The Diet Taken?

Last night my husband put my dinner in the oven to keep it warm not knowing that one of the baking trays was covered in oven cleaner. I ate the dinner as most of it tasted ok. Today I am feeling nauseous and have pains in my ribs is this linked and do I need to do anything?
