Could Nausea And Excess Saliva A Week After A Medical Abortion Mean It Wasn’t Successful?

Hi, I had a medical abortion last week and have been bleeding. The bleeding has reduced but I beginning to have nausea with saliva in my mouth. I m afraid the abortion wasn t successful. I can t have a test now since it s been just a week. Please can you advise.
