Could Nausea And Fluttering In Abdomen Be Due To Pregnancy?

hey i think i am pregnant i think i conceived in early feb and i have pregnant systems i had the nauseous and the weight gain feel fluttering and i haven't gotten my period in over 2 months i had vaginal bleeding but it was only spotting and my stomach is hard like i'm carrying a baby and i took a home pregnancy test in last april but it said it was negative i need answer could i be pregnant because i feel like im at 3 months
