Could Nausea, Chest And Abdominal Soreness Be The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Cigarette?

I quit smoking ciggerettes a week ago. Yesterday and today I ve been really naucous. I m experiencing serious chest and stomach sourness. I also haven t had a bowel movement in 3 days and I have cramps. Is this all normal and because I quit smoking. I m very uncomfortable. Thanks for your time
