Could Nausea, Heartburn And Lack Of Appetite Be Related To Concussion?

Hi, I slipped and hit my head on Sunday. I went to the local ER and had a CT scan of my head and neck....no bleeding, no fracture...I am nauseous and have heartburn and zero appetite....not like me at all to be or have any of these things...could this be a result of the concussion?
