Could Nausea, Sweating And Depression Be Withdrawal Symptoms Of Hydromorphone?

I was just put on 25 mcg and 12 mcg of Fentanyl and 10 mg of Oxycodone 4 times a day 3 days ago and feeling terrible after changing from Butrans Patch mcg 10 mcg and Hydromorphone 2 mg 4 times a day for 7 days, Before that I was on 30 mg moraine sulfate three times a day and four 10 mg Oxycodone a day for 2 months! I am feeling Nausea, Hot, sweating, crying, depressed! Called Pain Center and they said I shouldn t be going through withdrawals but I am! They said go to hospital but I can t afford it! What can I do?
