Could Nodule On Lung Be Malignant?

i have a 6 mm nodule in my left lung, can t remember if upper or lower. I have had pneumonia twice. Once December 8 and then again three weeks ago. I think it never really went away as I was still weeping. So I am seeing a pulmonologist tomorrow and expect he will say they need to do a biopsy. The reason I am looking at this as a bad thing is that I still have symptoms from the pneumonia. Tired, weezing.
