Could Numbness In Toes And Feet Be Due To Compression Socks?

Hi. I suffer from chronic pain , I have hemochromeatosis, I have had two hip replacements and see a pian Doctor. I take hydrocodone and methadone. At night I wear compression socks to keep the swelling in my lower legs. In the last year I have experienced numbness in my toes and some in my feet. 4 months ago I had laser treatment because I had a nail fungus on my right big toe, it killed it but Ive noticed an increase in the numbness. Could it be the compression socks?
