Could Obesity Be The Cause For Warm Feeling At The Tip Of Penis?

I don t know if I have an STI and I m scared to get tested. I ve had unprotected sex three times. I ve been sexually inactive for about 2 years now. I don t have warts or any sort of physical thing like that. No pain during urination. For me, the only symptom that I really have is the tip of my penis feels warm sometimes. it just started to feel like this less than a week ago. I should also add In I m 19 years old, obese at 204lbs, 5 8 . I ve read online that obesity can lead to weird blood flow which could cause the warm feeling, but I m no doctor.Do you think I have an STI? Any info would help
