Could Occasional Dizziness Be A Matter Of Concern?

I fell over 3 days ago and hit the front of my head.. No visible injury apart from a tiny cut and did not loose consciousness... However 3 days later I am still occasionally getting dizzy when I stand up or sometimes just randomly throughout the day... Should I go to ER?
