Could Ongoing High Monocytes, Low Lymphocytes, Low Platelets, Low RBC, And Elevated MCV Indicate Myelodysplastic Syndrome?

I just got out of the hospital with a respiratory infection (not COVID) but respiratory acidosis. My question is that my monocytes have remained high, lymphocytes low, platelets low, red blood cells low for a long time and now hemoglobin borderline low and high immature granulocytes and have an MCV Of 105.9 and then 105.3, with no melanomic acid, B12, folic acid, liver, gallbladder, drinking, or pancreatic deficiency. I had 6 days of ceftriaxone and still have wheezing throughout my right lung which is not going away, and the COPD Is supposed to be mild. Wondering myelodysplastic syndrome???????? Or not?????
