Could Ongoing Symptoms After PID Treatment Indicate Another Condition Despite A Normal Ultrasound?

Recently been on antibiotic treatment for pid thrice . Ultra sound scan showed reproductive organs are fine . Only free fluid in the cul de sac. Cramp like pain reduced now dull aching pain present , frequency in urination and sometimes burning urethra. Lower back pelvic pain.different Spector recommended Urine culture showed no presence of std cussing organisms or uti . Is it pid or something else ?
