Could Ongoing Symptoms Of Body Aches, Rashes, And An Upset Stomach After A Negative HIV Diagnosis Be Related To HIV Or Something Else?

Hi, I have had a risky sexual exposure with a sex worker. After one month I started showing hiv related symptoms. Its been 5 months since the exposure and all my reports have been negative. I’ve taken 4th gen CMIA combo test, Western Blot, HIV RNA PCR test. But still I’m havning symptoms after 5 months. Random body aches, rashes and upset stomach. Can it be something hiv causing this or something else?
