Could Opening Of Cervix Lead To Preterm Labour In Women With Incompetent Cervix?

hello, I have a question I am 18weeks pregnant. At 13 weeks I had a vaginal cerclage done because I have an incompetent cervix. The dr. told me it was a difficult surgery because my cervix is also very short. Well everything has been well except for today went for the ultrasound and the baby is perfect but my cervix is starting to open. I was trying to get different opinions in what I should do to make this baby stay inside and not go into preterm labor or atleast get me to 30 weeks. Any suggestions please??
