Could Outbreak Of Hives Along With Itching Be Due To Tylenol?

I am allergic to Tylenol. a dr gave me codene with aceteminethee one month ago or 5 weks . rash itcing , being treated with quercetin and vitamin c and other natural remdis I am now with itchng, rash, hives getting worse. now having some difficulty urinating andother bad symptons I saw on computer.
