Could Outbreak Of Hives Be Due To Over Reactive Endorphins?

I have antiflac issues. When I eat food I have to be cautious what is in the food. There are times that I can eat the same foods and I have an attack. Sometimes when I exercise and intimate relations the hives appear. The other day I ate something that I have always eaten, my one side of my younger developed hives, my throat was closing up and my eyes starting pulling. Do u thing my endorfins are over reacting? If so how can I reduced it.
