Could Ovarian Cysts Be The Cause For Severe Constipation?

Hello. My name is Rice, I am almost 18. I have been taking laxatives for a year now. It began as a reaction to a previous eating disorder, but progressed when I developed ovarian cysts and going to the bathroom became painful. I take a dose of 4 now, a little less than once a week; I want to stop but I can t use the bathroom anymore. It is still very painful to use the bathroom. I am scared there is permanent damage. Please help, what should I do?
