Could Over Dosage Of Steroid Be A Matter Of Concern For A Toddler?

my son took 11mg of decadone today for croup and was accidentally given 5ml of prednisolone which was meant to start next week - he is 3 but weighs 39 lbs and is 40 inches tall - he is also on amoxicillin - should I worry about that much steroid being considered an overdose amount?
