Could Over Weight And Fatty Liver Be The Cause For Elevated SGPT Level?

Good day. My SGPT level is significantly high since last year. Eventhough im taking milk thistle as prescribed by my doctor but still it doesnt work. Im taking phenobarbital and dilantin because i am epileptic. I am also a little bit overweight and have a fatty liver. Does it affects my sgpt level? What medications do i need to lower my sgpt. Thank you.
