Could Pain And Irritation In Eyes Be Due To Melacare Forte?

hello..am actually using melacare forte and caro light which also contain 2percent of hydroquinone for 3days and my eyelid is paining me, feels like its peeling and its hurts...is it that the melacare are peeling my face or something because it really hurt and i feel my eyelid and beneath the eyes are peeling
