Could Pain Around The Navel Along With Vomiting Be Due To Colon Cancer?

i keep getting a pain around my belly button that comes and go and have been vomiting, but have taken something for it but the pain in the belly button is really worrying me im an alcoholic and have high cholesterol, Im a female 28 years old im so scared it mite be colon cancer. could u please give me some advise i'll appreciate it.
