Could Pain/bloating In Lower Abdomen Be Due To Ruptured Ovarian Cyst?

i have pain and some bloating in my lower abdomen and lots of rumbling and gurgling in my belly, about a month ago i had this same thing but it began with a severe pain in my lower right abdomen i did not have that this time, the doctor said i probably had a ruptured ovarian cyst. I have had milder symptoms on and off since then but now it seems to be getting worse.
