Could Pain In Abdomen Along With Blood In Stools Be Due To Piles?

Hello. I was suffering from blood in my stool for 2 days, and went to the docs and after explaining what was up they said it was piles (without checking me) and since then I had some pains in my belly, and a sore chest and tonight I was fine but just suddenly threw up and it was a brown thick (acid feeling) sick,first and the secondt wasike a normal sick, what could be up with me I'm worried, I'm 19 years old.
