Could Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Cyst On Kidney?

I have had kidney stones twice in past month. had stents put in and removed. Recently was hospitalized and told I had some type of growth or abcess in kidney. now they tell me they do not know what it is just to come back for recheck in 6 wks. I have pain in left side area everyday.I have no money to pay. thanks anyway I have no money
