Could Pain In Arms After Spinal Fusion Surgery Be A Matter Of Concern?

My daughter had a spinal fusion surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago. She is now experience pain in her arms. Kind of like pressure. The relief is to move them around. We are scheduled to see her surgeon tomorrow but are worried. She has been taking Tylenol and other drugs nonstop since surgery. Would that have anything to do with pain?
