Could Pain In Back And Underarm Be The Symptom Of Breast Tumour?

Afraid I have breast cancer. Having issues with my armpit and shoulders near my back hurting. I read it can be early stages of breast cancer. I do not feel any lumps. Just armpit discomfort and back pain that feels like a burning sensation. My breast only hurt if I push to hard of if my kids lay to hard on my chest. But I am afraid the back and underarm pain is caused from a breast tumor.
