Could Pain In Back With Dark Urine Post Car Accident Indicate Bruised Kidney?

I was in a car wreck about 3 weeks ago. We were hit in the rear end.I was okay at the time, then the next day had back pain so bad I had to lay down while I was doing dishes, just this morning started having dark urine . Do you think this could be from the wreck, maybe bruised kidney or something?
