Could Pain In Chest Along With Neck Spasms Be The Symptoms Of Heart Attack?

I have chest pain that comes and goes in the upper right of my breast. I was told this is a muscle attaced to my back. I also have neck spasms sometimes too. Is this a heart attack systems? I m not short of breath. Play table tennis all the time. 60 yr old female
