Could Pain In Chest Be Due To Increased Dosage Of Adderall?

My son 11yrs old just increased to 25mg of adderall and began having chest pain when he runs. No chest pain on lesser dose. The 25mg is his perfect dose for school, tremendous improvement. Will the chest pains go away after getting used to the increase? Or should he be heart tested.
