Could Pain In Chest During The Mid Of Menstrual Cycle Be The Symptom Of Pregnancy?

I started my period 1/29 and it ended on 2/4. I had unprotected sex on 2/13, 2/14, and 2/15 Today is 2/18 and my chest is really sore and I feel really dehydrated, is this possibly a very early sign of pregnancy or just hormone changes due to PMS ing? My period is due in the next 10-15 days.
