Could Pain In Chest While Swallowing Food Be Due To PFO Device?

I had an endoscopy this morning and all looks good and normal. I was sent because I have been having lower swallowing pain and tightness and sharp pains in my sternum and chest area. Four years ago I had surgery to close my PFO. I m almost certain that these are mutually exclusive issues but I just wanted to know if there is a chance that I could have pain or pressure in my chest due to the PFO device.
