Could Pain In Feet Be Due To Diabetic Medications?

at night when in bed I have pain in the bottom of my feet. It has only been in the last 2 mos. About 6 mos ago, I started taking diabetic meds. Upon testing, my blood sugar level stays between 105-115. Could the med be causing it? I have fibromyalgia since 2002 but have never had pain in bottom of my feet altho I have had pain in legs before--nerve pain. I also have recently been diagnosed thru a biopsy with granuloma annulare. I have the rash on my arms and my thighs. doctor says it is an autoimmune (sp?) disease. I don t know what is causing the pain in bottom of feet only when I m in bed. Any suggestions? I am 68.
