Could Pain In Feet Be Due To Plantar Fasciitis?

What are some possible causes of sore feet? When I stand and walk, after sitting for awhile, my feet hurt. After walking for a few minutes the pain goes away. I have plantar faci??? but that is a different type of pain. What can I do to fix this problem? Thank you.
