Could Pain In Knee Be Due To The Lump?

Friday day morning my knee was hurting and I was having trouble walking when I got home I checked to see if I bruised my knee but turned out to be a small bump that that had a small little dot and though it was ingrown hair so I squeeze it and nothing comes out but it is hard but know I cant walk but it still hurts but not as much so what do you think it is and it is swollen
