Could Pain In Neck Be Due To Cervical Arthritis?

I have had neck issues for most of my life. I fell November on my right side after having shoulder surgery in September. My health history is very complex & my surgeon feels the issues I am having in my right arm, hand, and shoulder are due to a possible neck injury when I fell. The door of the building I fell out of hit me hard on the side of the head a couple times. I also sustained a small fracture on the outside of my right hand and a severe sprain of the left ankle which now turns out to be a longitudinal split tear of the peroneous brevus tendon & what appears to be a bone Chip (surgery in 3 weeks). It is recommended I see someone re: my neck & possible injury. I also have some cervical arthritis & disc degeneration.
