Could Pain In Pelvic Region Be Normal Post Intake Of Next Choice Pill?

I have taken next choice morning after pill last Tuesday. My last period was Valentine s weekend and had unprotected sex last Sunday. I don t think I have ovulated at the time of sex (but not sure) therefore had to take MAP as I have no intentionsof having another child as I am almost turning 40. The past few days I am having a lot of cramps in my upper abdomen and sometimes pains in my pelvis area. Is this normal?
