Could Pain In Penis Be Due To Herpes Infection?

doctor im 17 and im afraid i have herpes my partner is outraged at me and says she does not have it and my doctor says she does not see any sores no swelling no blisters nothing but my penis looks unhealthy and im getting pain there every so often no jock itch no bumps or ingrown hairs just pain every where like the armpits the thighs and my penis so is it just me or do i have herpes?
