Could Pain In Penis While Urination Be Due To Drainage Of Stone Particles?

Hi I have been told I have a 7mm kidney stone. On Friday I was in the ER with nausea and back pain. When the CT scan was done they told me it was moving and would pass. It was between the kidney and the blatter but there was still debris above it. The next day I passed a bunch of orange coloured, sandy looking particals. Sunday I strained all day with nothing else happening. Monday mornig I did not feel well but was passing urine okay. Several hours later I had back pain and nausea. After several hours of pain I began to pass more of this orange sandy grains. I now also have more sharp shooting pain in the penis when urinating. Is this stone still woking its way down?
