Could Pain In Right Abdomen Be Due To Gallbladder Spastic Colon?

Have pain on right size, like internal bruising, do have spatic colon, like a pain when you run too far but is internal r@hipbone to side before belly button. Have been having Pain for three days cannot get into dr (has been 7 years since I have been to him). Past emergency just what to do, or what is on the R side. Gallbladder spastic colon ibs but worse. Only have ran little temp. Few days ago & taking phenergan & gas x Cannot explain in words but it hurts when push slightly about hand size but from right hip bone area & uo
