Could Pain In Right Hip Be Normal During First Trimester Of Pregnancy?

Hi , Im in first trimester of my pregnancy and have an extreme hip pain on my right side!! I m in week 10 and it was very less at the beginig of start( 5 days ago) and it s getting worst every day. is that normal to have this pain in this early weeks? and what should i do to treat it? p.s. I was at my doctor yesterday and everything was normal as fur as the baby and my conditions, but only i have this pain.
