Could Pain In Stomach, Cold Chills And Pressure In Neck Be Anxiety Attack?

My stomach hurts right before a bowel movement after i go i get a cold chill then i get chest pain and pressure all through my neck also a pain down my right leg. I have to talk myself out of a what feels like an anxiety attack this is happening more frequently i have been to er couple of times they ruled out heart????
