Could Pain In Testicles Be Related To Lower Back Pain?

On the 26th or Feb I hurt my lower left side back, it s really a reinjured lower lumbar that was injured in sept last year. The pain goes in waves and when I stand in the mirror my posture looks off. But the reason I m writing is the discomforting pain in my testicals and I m wondering if they re connected to back injury because that when they started to hurt. Is it siactic nerve of something more deeper than that. I ve seen a doc and they ve seen me they didn t really do much of anything. Please let me know what you think and thank you.
