Could Pain In Upper Abdomen And Shoulders Be A Symptom Of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

I have small stabbing pains in my middle right upper abdoman. (between breasts ..headache that seems to be also on the right side of my head making my face a bit numb (rs) R shoulder a bit achey . Left hand tingles ( but I am sure this is Carpel Tunnel as it only the thumb and 2 .5 fingers. I have had my right hand done) I have been in the sun today but have had about 2 litres of water..(+ 1 coffee +1 tea)
