Could Pain In Upper Quadrant Of Abdomen Be Related To Back Pain?

I am having pain in my right upper quad that worse when I try to step up. Sometimes the pain goes down front of shin. I have lower spine fusion about 10 years ago? Do you think it is relate to back pain area? I fell very extremely if I try to stretch my right hip. Almost impossible to do.
