Could Pain, Numbness And Tingling Muscles And Joints Be Side Effect Of Atacand 8mg?

I have pains, numbnes and tingling sensation in my muscles, bones and joints.Stifness in hands and feet, back pain in last 3 months.I am 57 y old female, slightly overweight, menopausal ( last 2 years),with moderate hypertension (140/90). Iam taking atacand 8 mg daily.my bp is perfect now, but I am concerned about side effects of this med iication.Could my othre symptoms be side effects.? My dr said it was effect of stress, but I do not have more stress then ever before.I am single parent of 13 y old special needs son.I need my strenth and helth to continue taking care of my son and myself. I am afraid that my dr may overlook serious disorders because he is overhwlelmed by mi situation more then I. Please give me some ideas what to do.I need my health back .Renafa. .. d
