Could Pain On The Left Side Of Head Be Due To Meningioma?

I was diagnosed with a 7 mm meningioma on the superior to the left internal auditory canal in March of 2013. I had a followup MRi in Oct. of 2013 and it hadn t changed. Recently I have had fleeting head pain on the left side of my head (stabbing pain for just a second and then again a couple of seconds later and then it goes away for several hours and then comes again. What would you recommend I do? This has been going on for the last 12 hours.
