Could Painful Breasts And Back After A Fall Be Serious?

I was walking for exercise, tripped over an uneven sidewalk and fell with all my body weight landing on one of my breast. I am female. It is very sore underneath my breast. No sign of a bruise yet. Even hurts towards my back. should I be concerned?
